As founding Director of the company, I pride myself on providing a professional bespoke service to all my clients.

I work with professional women (and men) so that they feel confident, capable and enjoy the success they deserve through coaching. My goal is to help you be the best you can and achieve your dreams. As a senior leader who worked in local authorities for many years, I learnt what it takes to be successful as a woman in a male dominated environment and understand only too well what it’s like to be a wife, mother and hold down a demanding job.

As a coach and coach supervisor I use uses evidence-based research, tools and techniques which are proven to be successful including positive psychology, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, the Thinking Environment®, Emotional Capital Reports (ECR™, ECR360™) and the Resilient Leaders Development Programme (RLDP™).

As co-Director of the company, I work with clients as a qualified coach and Resilient Leaders Consultant. In addition, I work within higher education organisations as a researcher developer.

I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to succeed, and I empower individuals to be their best and achieve their goals. I promote and support diversity in all its forms in organisations, leadership structures, and teams.

I work with early and mid-career researchers to navigate the academic world and find their identity within or beyond it. As an ex-neuroscientist, I understand the competing priorities of being a highly skilled and active researcher while trying to make the best career decisions. I enable clients to find & use their voice, make informed career choices, form networks, and contribute to their discipline and the University community.

I am qualified to deliver the Resilient Leaders Elements (RLETM) Accelerate and Lead in Uncertainty programmes.
