Whether you are new to a role, an experienced leader, business owner or facing a potentially life changing decision, coaching sessions are tailored to meet your needs and designed to give you the time and space to think through the solutions that are right for you.
As a practicing coach you want to support your client’s needs. To do that you need time to reflect on your own coaching practice in an environment that provides the space to think through issues which emerge for you and your clients. The sessions are designed to challenge your thinking and increase your confidence to achieve the best possible outcomes for you and your clients.
Typically, coaching sessions would be 60 minutes long and coaching supervision sessions 75 minutes long. They can be monthly, quarterly or on an ad-hoc basis. They can happen via Skype, FaceTime or Zoom at a time to suit, including evenings.
